The technical team is made up of the staff of the official Andalusian Padel Federation with a career of more than 20 years teaching the methodology approved and taught by the Andalusian Padel Federation.

We will provide you with guidance, provide you with constructive feedback, and teach you the training methodology. TECHNIQUE AND TACTICS:
The importance of the grips in the initiation. Variants.
Description, analysis and demonstration of the basic technical models for initiation
Basic shots without a wall/glass, groundstrokes and volleys, simple shots and layups.
Single wall outlets, with lateral wall, with double wall.
Basic tactics in padel.
DIDACTIC, METHODOLICAL RESOURCES:
Throws: analysis of variants for putting into play, exercises and throwing practices.
Alternatives to the progression method: basic notions and examples to apply in the sessions.
