We will provide you with guidance, provide you with constructive feedback, and teach you the training methodology. TECHNIQUE AND TACTICS:
The importance of the grips in the initiation. Variants.
Description, analysis and demonstration of the basic technical models for initiation
Basic shots without a wall/glass, groundstrokes and volleys, simple shots and layups.
Single wall outlets, with lateral wall, with double wall.
Basic tactics in padel.
DIDACTIC, METHODOLICAL RESOURCES:
Throws: analysis of variants for putting into play, exercises and throwing practices.
Alternatives to the progression method: basic notions and examples to apply in the sessions.
