1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These General Conditions, together with any applicable Specific Conditions, regulate the contractual relationship between the user and Padel Land S.L. (SportsClubTour) for the booking and purchase of services offered through the website sportsclubtour.com.

By using this website or completing a booking, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

The user confirms that:

  • They have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions
  • They have legal capacity to enter into a contract
  • They accept all obligations derived from this agreement

These Conditions apply indefinitely until modified. SportsClubTour reserves the right to update them at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

  • Activity: Sports and recreational services, travel-related sports experiences and intermediary services

3. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract governs the provision of sports travel experiences and related services, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Professional coaching and sports activities
  • Accommodation
  • Transport and transfers
  • Additional services related to sports travel experiences

Services may be sold as complete packages or separately.

SportsClubTour acts as an organizer and/or intermediary, depending on the service contracted.

4. BOOKING PROCESS AND ACCEPTANCE

All bookings are initiated via website, email, or direct communication.

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • Availability has been confirmed in writing
  • Payment (full or partial) has been received

Payment implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

SportsClubTour reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if information provided by the user is incomplete, false, or inconsistent.

5. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Services are intended for adults (18+ years old). By booking, the user confirms they meet this requirement.

Services are provided according to the agreed itinerary, package, or description confirmed at the time of booking.

SportsClubTour reserves the right to make minor adjustments to services when necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons, without materially affecting the overall experience.

6. PRICES

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may vary depending on:

Client country of residence
Tax obligations (VAT rules may apply differently for EU/non-EU clients)

The final price confirmed in writing at the time of booking is binding.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted payment methods:

  • Revolut (primary method)
  • Bank transfer
  • Stripe (occasional use)
  • PayPal (occasional use)

SportsClubTour primarily uses Revolut as the preferred payment method. Stripe and PayPal may be offered depending on availability and operational conditions.

No other payment methods are accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed conditions communicated prior to booking confirmation.

8. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Depending on the booking, the following options may apply:

8.1 Full Payment

100% payment required to confirm the booking.

8.2 Split Payment

  • 50% deposit to confirm booking
  • Remaining 50% due at least 30 days before arrival

Alternative payment structures must be agreed in writing.

9. ONLINE AND OFFLINE BOOKINGS

Bookings may be processed online or via direct communication (email or messaging).

For offline bookings:

  • The same terms apply
  • Written confirmation is required before payment

10. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Once payment is received, the user will receive a confirmation email.

This confirmation serves as:

  • Proof of contract
  • Booking confirmation

The applicable Terms and Conditions are available on the website and are accepted by the user during the booking process.

11. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellations and modifications are subject to the specific conditions agreed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable
  • Full cancellation policies depend on timing before arrival
  • No-shows are non-refundable

SportsClubTour reserves the right to apply reasonable cancellation charges to cover costs already incurred.

12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Services related to leisure activities with a specific date or execution period.

Therefore, bookings for SportsClubTour services are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.

13. LIABILITY

SportsClubTour acts as organizer and/or intermediary of sports travel experiences.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SportsClubTour is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during sports activities
  • Clients participate at their own risk
  • Clients are responsible for their physical condition and suitability to participate

SportsClubTour is not liable for issues caused by third-party providers (hotels, transport companies, external partners), except in cases of proven negligence.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

SportsClubTour shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Travel restrictions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Government actions
  • Extreme weather conditions

In such cases, services may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled depending on feasibility.

15. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respect the rules of conduct during activities
  • Follow safety instructions provided by staff or partners

SportsClubTour reserves the right to remove participants from activities in case of inappropriate or dangerous behavior, without refund.

16. PRICING ERRORS

SportsClubTour reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

If an obvious error occurs, the company may:

 

  • Cancel the booking
  • Offer the correct price
  • Refund any amounts already paid if necessary

17. LANGUAGE

The contracting process is conducted in English unless otherwise stated.

In case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

18. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection regulations.

19. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of dispute, users may access the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform:
